1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 260,637,290 and as a result, from March 6, 2014 to February 10, 2015.
1. On January 3, 2012, Plaintiff 1 changed the trade name from Nunwon Co., Ltd. to Nanwon Co., Ltd., and the trade name was changed as of January 16, 2014.
On October 24, 2011, between the Defendant Ho Telecommunication Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”), a written contract for construction works (Evidence A No. 3) was drawn up between the two parties, and the Defendant A as the guarantor of the contractor’s performance contract for private construction works:
1. Name of the construction: New construction of neighborhood living facilities and multi-household housing (hereinafter “instant construction”), and the contract for the instant construction is referred to as “instant construction contract”);
2. The place of construction: Two parcels outside Han-si District and Kasi-si;
3. Date of commencement: The scheduled date of completion of construction on October 24, 201: 703,900,000 won (excluding surtax) on February 28, 2012;

9. Items and quantities of paid materials: (The scope of the contract for construction works) "B" under Article 2 (Scope of the contract for construction works) of the terms and conditions of the contract;
1. A work shall be executed by changing the accompanying materials to the finishing note, and the other part shall be built in accordance with the finishing chart of drawings and materials received, in principle, and the part not specified in the drawing shall be constructed in accordance with the work practices of the contractor;
2. The partitionss Nos. 2 and 3 are to be filled up with the partitions and tins attached to which a door mold can be constructed.
3. The construction of 1,2,3 main pipelines for broadcasting facilities, installation of artificial phones, indoor CCTV distribution works, and indoor CCTV distribution works shall be performed;
(A) “Construction Works not included in the contract amount”.
1. Retaining walls construction works, or landscape architecture works;
2. concrete packaging and asphalt packing works on the parking lot site;
3. A restaurant or a refined landing point interior work (the interior work shall be limited to the case of Article 2 (2)).
4. Gas station equipment, restaurant office equipment, mechanical equipment;
5. Bosckes and kitchen apparatus on each second floor;
6. Article 3 (Method of Payment of Price for Construction Works) including the value-added tax of KRW 56,100,000 in 60 tons near steel.
