On December 13, 201, the Defendant sent online letters to the victim F, who became aware of the trade name in Busan Shipping Daegu, while engaging in the game in the game at a scam room where it is impossible to know the trade name in Busan Shipping Daegu on December 13, 201, the Defendant sent online letters to the victim F and sold an item corresponding to 150 million Aden of the said game.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to transfer it to the victim because of the lack of living cost in a state without any particular occupation.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim who wants to purchase the above item, had the victim immediately transfer KRW 730,000 from the above victim to the company bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant, and received delivery.
