At around 06:30 on April 22, 2015, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by referring to “F” 29-3 operated by the Defendant in the D market located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to the victim G (V, 65 years of age), who operates the same trade name from the Defendant’s Chok and the same trade name from the next side, even though there are neighboring merchants, on the ground that the Defendant’s awareness of the victim is causing damage to the Defendant, on the ground that he did not know of the benefits of the Defendant who raised the victim.
