1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list, and KRW 12,320,00 and KRW 12,00 from September 1, 2015 to the delivery date.
1. On March 22, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on KRW 10,000,000 as to the factory listed in the separate sheet, and KRW 1,760,000 per month as lease deposit (including value added tax). The Plaintiff’s claim for return of leased object, claim for unpaid rent, and claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent, on the ground that the Defendant had terminated the lease agreement on the ground that the lease was overdue for a seven-month period.
