On May 11, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.069% of blood alcohol concentration on May 23:45, 201, driven BSS5 car from around 100 meters to the front road of the 1st Public Security Center located in Busan-gu Busan-dong, Busan-do.
