1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff, as a Canadian citizen, was an oriental medical doctor in the U.S. and Japan, and became aware of the police officer C during July 200 while operating a member in the ASEAN in Japan, and became de facto marital relationship.
B. On February 15, 2002, the sale of real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 4 in the name of C is based on the sale and purchase on February 15, 20

Of the 7 real estate listed in the separate sheet, 3,305/141,719 shares among the 3,305/141,719 shares in the attached list are completed on October 20, 206 by reason of sale as of October 19, 2006 in the name of C and the Plaintiff’s Dong-si D. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on February 3, 2015.

2. Judgment on the parties’ assertion
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion (the first Plaintiff purchased each of the instant real estate from the seller who was unaware of the title trust agreement, and transferred the ownership registration in the name of C, and the Defendant asserted that the ownership should be returned to C as unjust enrichment, but the Plaintiff changed the assertion as follows).
