A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
5,600,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On December 11, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for fraud, etc. at the Incheon District Court on December 11, 2008 and on December 17, 2009, and is not a narcotics handler.
"2012 Highest 7015"
1. On December 23, 2011, the Defendant collected money together with C, D, and E, and intended to purchase psychotropic drugs Mampacopon (hereinafter referred to as “copon”). At around 02:40 the following day, E purchased h from the front side of “Goponna” located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and purchased hopon with approximately KRW 500,000,000 and hopon together with approximately 0.8 grams.
2. On January 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) intended to gather money with C to purchase writingphones; (b) transferred KRW 1,00,000,000 from the bank account under the name of the Republic of Korea (J) designated by H, which is the Handphone brokerage book; and (c) purchased approximately 2.4g of the Handphones, which K sent from the Seoul Southern Terminal located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seocho-gu, Seoul, to the 1146-1 part of the Hand phone sales book, by means of a high-speed bus bus arrangement, with C, purchased approximately 2.4g of the Handphones, which K sent from H, together with C. < Amended by Act No. 11216, Jan. 2, 2012>
"2012 Highest 9130"
1. At around 00:30 on February 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) paid 100,000 won (Defendant 200,000 won, L 80,000 won) to M in front of the mutual unclaimed telephone in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) purchased opon jointly with L with L, with approximately 0.8g of opon; (c) around 01:00 on the same day, approximately 0.08g of the above opon from L’s shower car parked in the vicinity of the above telephone, which was parked in the above telephone at around 01:0 on the same day, put about 0.08g of the opon into a one-time copon; and (d) injected it into the copon line by dilution; and (e) administering it by the above method of 008.8g of the opon.
2. On March 6, 2012, the Defendant had a mind to jointly purchase phiphones with L, and around 22:30 on March 6, 2012, located at 445-2, dong, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.
