야간주거침입절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. At night, the Defendant: (a) around 05:00 on December 6, 2017, when the victim C operated by the victim C in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) entered the said information room by using the gaps in which the above information room is unfolded at the time of diving for the purpose of the new wall drawing; (c) entered the said information room; (d) 100,000 won of cash owned by the victim and 10,000 won of the market price on the wall, which is equivalent to 300,000 won of the victim’s market price on the wall.
2. At night, around 01:00 on the early December 2017, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the above charge office through the window of the charge office that was not corrected; and (b) stolen the cash amount of KRW 30,000 (50 foot f. f., 60) owned by the victim and stolen the said office.
3. From the end of December 2017, the Defendant: (a) from the construction site, etc., he/she decided to work as a day-to-day employee; (b) had been living in the victim J, the victim K and accommodation in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; (c) had been employed exclusively by the victims at around 03:00, Jan. 3, 2018; and (d) had intruded into a room inside the above accommodation where the victims used exclusively; and (b) had a theft of KRW 220,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won and 9.8,000,000,000 won and 2,000,000,000 won and 3,000,000,000 won and 9,000,000,000 won and 3,000,00 won, respectively.
