On 03. 09. 02:43 on 09. 03. the Defendant driven a vehicle with approximately KRW 700 meters at the 0.130% alcohol concentration in the blood, even though he/she died in North-gu, North Korea at the port of distribution, to the Haak-dong Haak-dong Haakdo parking lot.
