According to the records, even if the plaintiff was notified of the legitimate date by this court, on November 3, 2015, and on the second date for pleading on December 8, 2015, the defendants were absent on each of the above dates, and the defendants did not appear or present on each of the above dates, and the plaintiff was found to have filed an application for designating a date with this court on January 11, 2016, which is apparent that the plaintiff had passed one month thereafter.
