A. On October 9, 2009, the Defendant lent the Plaintiff’s name to purchase the instant automobile listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant automobile”) and completed the ownership transfer registration of the instant automobile on October 9, 2009.

B. The title trust agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, which practically owns the instant vehicle, and only the name of the Plaintiff was terminated on September 7, 2016, when the Plaintiff’s declaration of intention of termination of title trust was delivered to the Defendant.
