However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On April 4, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Suwon District Court as a matter of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 23:40 on December 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) started in front of the mutual influorial restaurant located in the area located in the area located in the Sinsan-dong, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu; and (b) driven a B eth vehicle owned by the Defendant in the state of alcohol of about 0.123% of blood alcohol concentration at the section of about 3.6 km from the 100-day high-fluoral at the road at around 100:02 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
