1. The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiff the 64.14 square meters of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu C ground lusium C ground lusium housing 64.14 square meters.

Reasons

The Defendant used the building of this case free of charge 64.14 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “the building of this case”) in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, the Plaintiff owned by the Plaintiff. The Defendant agreed to deliver the building of this case to the Plaintiff if the building of this case is not purchased from the Plaintiff by August 26, 2016. The fact that the building of this case was not purchased is no dispute between the parties.
