However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the Defendants are the defendants.

Defendant

A On April 24, 2019, the Cheongju District Court sentenced two years of suspension of execution to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence), and the judgment was finalized on May 2, 2019. On September 20, 2018, Defendant B sentenced two years of suspension of execution to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on September 20, 2018, and the judgment was finalized on September 28, 2018.

Defendant

A and B worked as a nurse at the hospital of the H Medical Foundation I (hereinafter referred to as the “I Hospital”) of the medical corporation located in the Heak-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Cheongju, as the nurse. Defendant C, D, and E served as a doctor at the I Hospital. Defendant F served as a doctor at the F Family Department Member located in the Jinju-gu, Cheongju-si.

1. No person who is a defendant A shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number;

Nevertheless, around July 21, 2018, the Defendant issued a medical receipt under the name of M to the effect that he/she was aware of the M’s resident registration number who worked as a nurse of an I Hospital in Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si, and submitted it to the employees of the above hospital, and received medical treatment, and issued a prescription for the “sethyl ethyl mm” of psychotropic ingredients, and used 45 times at a medical institution located in 6 places, as shown in attached Table 1, until February 1, 2019.

2. No person other than Defendant B, etc., shall issue prescriptions for narcotics or psychotropic drugs;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around April 30, 2016, had access to the treatment program (N) at the I Hospital upon A’s request, selected theO from among the patient list, and then entered the name of prescription medicines into the name column of prescription medicines, such as “sethyl content” of psychotropic drugs, “1.00” of psychotropic drugs, “1.00”, and “30” of the number of times of administration per day, and “30” of the total number of days of administration.
