1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,821,863 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from September 18, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. Since the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (hereinafter “Litigation Promotion Act”) were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate under the Litigation Promotion Act was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, the part claiming for the payment of damages for delay calculated at a rate exceeding 12% per annum among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
