1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 20,000,000, and 5% per annum from February 10, 2017 to April 13, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Since it is reasonable to determine consolation money in part as KRW 20 million, part of the claim in excess shall be dismissed as it is without merit.
