The maximum interest rate on the lending and lending of money shall not exceed 30% per annum.

Nevertheless, on November 30, 201, the Defendant loaned 10,000 won interest rate of 10,000 won per day to the victim D who is the debtor (365% per annum) within the Defendant’s residential area located in Busan Shipping Daegu C apartment B 405, Busan, and received KRW 525,000,000 from the above date and time to April 26, 2012 as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, and received KRW 52,10,000,000 per annum from the above date and time to April 26, 2012.

Accordingly, the Defendant received interest exceeding the highest interest rate.
