Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

On October 9, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license of a vehicle around 11:00, driven a B News Twit-type car in approximately 1 km from the front of the G K K station in front of the G K station at the same time to the same 331-day road.
