Punishment of the crime
1. Around 20:30 on August 14, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.20%, and the Defendant driven a D body-man car at the section of about 8km from the front of the Home Plus in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, to the front day of the flow-on road along the direction of the vehicle at the direction of about 8km along the direction of the vehicle at the direction of the city of Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.
