1. The defendant shall pay 53,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from August 1, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on February 2, 2016, lent KRW 53 million to the Defendant. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the above loan amounting to KRW 53 million and delay damages.
