However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

From March 7, 2016 to October 10 of the same month, the Defendant was driving a two-wheeled motor vehicle without obtaining a two-class driver’s license for driving a two-wheeled motor vehicle at a section of 240 km from the front of the so-called So-called So-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si, to the D-type funeral hall, which is located in C in the summer-si-si-si-si.

On March 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) removed the registration number plate and seal of the two-wheeled automobile, using the penttotypes kept in storage, on loading at an influorial location located in the sub-dong, YY-dong, 2016.

Accordingly, the Defendant removed registration number plates and seals of two-wheeled automobiles without justifiable grounds.

3. On March 10, 2016, around 15:55, the Defendant: (a) received a stop signal from the victim G (53 Does) who was in charge of traffic control on the road front of the D funeral ceremony referred to in the foregoing paragraph (1) on the road; (b) while proceeding with the above Otoba, which is a dangerous object to avoid control, the Defendant got the front wheel of the Obaba; (c) had the front wheel of the Obaba; and (d) had the instant G go beyond the road floor with the front wheel of the Obaba.

As a result, the Defendant, carrying dangerous objects and assaulted police officers, thereby hindering them from performing their legitimate duties in traffic control, and thereby, the victim suffered approximately four weeks of medical treatment, such as head trauma blood and scarbing scarcity, etc.
