1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 134,198,497 and KRW 101,354,103 among them. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 25789, Oct. 15, 2014>
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”, but the payment order against the Defendant Han Han-dong Tourism Corporation was finalized). 2. Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act of service by public notice is final and conclusive.
