The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Judgment as shown in the separate facts constituting the offense in the indictment (the respondent shall be the defendant) 2.
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 109 (2) of the Labor Standards Act, the proviso to Article 44 of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act;
B. After filing a prosecution, the victims expressed the Defendant’s non-existence of punishment.
