A A Fine of KRW 1.5 million, Defendant B of a fine of KRW 900,000,000, Defendant C of a fine of KRW 1 million, and Defendant D of this case.

The Defendants partly revised the facts charged to the extent that it does not materially disadvantage the Defendants’ exercise of their defense rights.

Defendant

M is a person who was the representative of the “S” located in the Sinyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City R, the “S” located in the Sindong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City T, the “U” located in the Sindong-gu, and the “W” located in the Dong-gu, the previous North Sin-Gu, the automobile transport company, and all the other Defendants have worked in the above “S”, “U”, and “W”.

When a person has worked normally (if he/she is not employed despite his/her intention and ability to work) he/she is unable to receive job-seeking benefits because he/she does not meet the requirements for receiving job-seeking benefits under the Employment Insurance Act.

1. On October 20, 2015, Defendant A applied for recognition of eligibility for unemployment benefits at the Kimpo-si Employment Center located in the 4-125-ro, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 3-5 (long-term Dong) in the 3-5th floor (long-term Dong) of the building, Defendant A served in the said “S” (long with July 1, 2013) from July 1, 2013 to July 31, 2016.

Nevertheless, the defendant on November 3, 2015, December 1 of the same year, 200, January 26, 2016, and the same year.

On November 24, 200, the above Kimpo-employment Center prepared and submitted a “application for recognition of unemployment” to the employee in charge of the above Employment Center, with hiding the fact that he/she works in the S, and that member was from the Victim Kimpo-employment Center, on November 14, 2015; on December 2, 201; on January 6, 2016; on January 26, 2016;

3. A person who received the total amount of job-seeking benefits of KRW 4,519,770 (daily amount of job-seeking benefits: KRW 30,132) on six occasions in total and obtained unemployment benefits by fraud or other improper means.

On November 2, 2015, Defendant B applied for recognition of eligibility for unemployment benefits to a staff member of the above high-sea Employment Center at the Goyang Employment Center located in 32-16, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si. However, on November 2, 2012, Defendant B applied for recognition of eligibility for unemployment benefits.
