Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On April 27, 2016, the Defendant, at around 12:00, obstructed the business operation of the victim’s hospital by force by force on the part of the victim D (28 years of age) who had been working in the hospital C in Daegu-gu B, Daegu-gu, with the large voice that “I shot, I ring, and I am different to tobacco,” and that I am the patient at the hospital.
