However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who has paid job offer advertisements to E, a job seeking site, using the trade name of "C", to recruit the helper of the D event, and the victim F(n, 24 years old) reported the above job offer advertisements and made telephone contact with the defendant.

1. On May 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the residence located in Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon; (b) on May 26, 2018, the Defendant reported the above advertisement to the victim, and carried out an interview with him/her; (c) took a fixed type of wall (H) purchased in advance on the right hand hand of his/her female; and (d) took a hand check on the left hand hand; (c) took a dangerous object (24cm, 12cm: 12cm) to control the victim’s resistance.
