The Defendant, operating the game room in the “DPC Bank” in the “DPC Bank” in the “DPC Building C in Kim Sea-si, and the Defendant recruited to play a role in the settlement of accounts of the management and earnings of the game room, and the E and F intended to receive KRW 40,00 per day and to guide customers and exchange them in the game room

According to the aforementioned division of roles, the Defendant, along with E and F, provided six computers in the game room from September 201 to November 16, 201, from the end of the said “DPC bank” to customers with a game machine with a cash of 10,000 won, and exchanged game money after deducting 7% from the points acquired using the above game products.

As a result, the defendant conspired with E and F to exchange results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.

A favorable circumstances: The circumstances that the defendant led to confession and reflects: The social harm caused by the crime related to the exchange of game products such as the crime in this case is serious, and there are criminal records of the same kind, including the suspension of the execution of imprisonment, recidivism during the period of probation, and the long-term escape.
