On April 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the office of a cooperative office of Songpa-gu D2, Songpa-gu, Seoul on April 26, 2012, the Defendant: (b) the victim F and G transfer the status of a union member; (c) the sales contract for the land for H living countermeasures; (d) the letter of delegation for the sale and purchase of the land for H living countermeasures; (e) the letter of delegation for the transfer of rights and obligations; (v) the letter of delegation for the transfer of rights and obligations; (vii) the letter of delegation for the transfer of rights and obligations; (8) the statement of reason; (9) the letter of waiver for the right to appeal; and (e) made the general manager of the partnership enter F and G in the name column; and (e) sealed the F and G seal

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the above documents, which are private documents related to rights and obligations, in F and G name, and at the same time, delivered the forged documents to J, the representative of the executor of the above development project, who knew of the forgery, as if they were duly formed.
