On February 22, 2011, the injured company requested the establishment of the integrated business information system by delivering the consulting results to M Co., Ltd., which is an affiliate of the LF, and the IT support team of the said MIT service business conducted the said business.

A, who was in charge of the system building project for the victimized company as the director of the IT service business division division, made the consulting result received by the victimized company from K as a "PI final.zip" file. The file was composed of 10 Pools and 2 files, and the two files were "major issues and resolution solutions and operation-based files" and "PI projects-based pt on February 5, 2010," and "PI projects-based on March 13, 2010." The nine Pools among 10 Pools were the two stages-based construction project methodology, ② the AS-IS process list, ③ the process analysis, ④ the basic design of the TO-BE process, ⑤ the detailed design of the innovation and justice system, ⑤ the construction report of the system, the final report on the management-based Pools and the final report on the PP projects, < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 23680, Dec. 13, 2012>

The result of the consulting contained in the above file contains the future business plan of the victimized company and the specific process, and the management of the victimized company.
