1. The defendant is based on sale and purchase on February 3, 2009 with respect to the portion of 1/8 of the real estate stated in the attached list to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. A claim for ownership transfer registration made on February 3, 2009 by service on the ground that the Plaintiff purchased one-eight percent of the real estate listed in the separate sheet from the Defendant on February 3, 2009 (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
