The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s rejection of all the Defendant’s assertion that the Defendant had no criminal intent to commit a crime in violation of the Labor Standards Act and there was no legitimate ground for law or that there was no possibility of expectation of lawful act, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, is justifiable. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
