1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from February 19, 2008 to August 6, 2015 and the next day.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The same shall apply to the description of the cause of the claim: Provided, That the damages for delay shall be reduced to February 19, 2008.
