On July 3, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant driven B 157% alcohol concentration at approximately 30 meters from the front road of the Hancheon Confucian School near Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of the same Gu, Yangyang-dong 150-dong.
