Punishment of the crime
On October 5, 2014, the Defendant driven a B-cub car from approximately 1km section to the front road of the C-si apartment complex located in the Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, with the influence of alcohol of 0.059% around 0.05%.
