The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM3 car.

On March 25, 2013, at around 06:20 on March 25, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.094% at the sloping-distance Intersection in front of the Samcheon City master’s zone, and made it left left from the middle of the west.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, such as brain dead in need of treatment for about three weeks due to occupational negligence, injury to the victim G (the 46-year-old passenger), such as brain dead sugar in need of treatment for about three weeks, injury to the victim H (the 68-year-old passenger), and injury to the victim H (the 68-year-old passenger) in need of medical treatment for about three weeks, and injury to the victim E, such as catum dume, which requires medical treatment for about two weeks.
