10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

1. Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, at around 17:00 on September 25, 2018, the Defendant administered a crophone in a way that 0.05g grophones (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), a local mental medicine, at the inside bank of C Housing D, the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, for the purpose of turning about 0.05g of crophones into coffee.

2. On September 25, 2018, around 18:50 on September 25, 2018, the Defendant infringed upon the residence of the victim by opening the entrance door to the front of the house of the victim F (37 years of age) of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu E-gu, and 10 minutes of the entrance door, without any particular reason, and sprinking the door door by a vehicle, etc., and the victim opened the entrance door to the front of the entrance, thereby infringing on the victim’s residence.

The Defendant damaged property by impairing the victim’s residence, as described in paragraph 2, and then destroying the glass by broom brooming electronic stamps in the victim’s house, and destroying the brooms and sckes by breaking the brooms and sckes, which are owned by the victim, by breaking the brooms and sckes into hand, thereby damaging the Defendant’s e-mail, sckes, and sckes in sum amounting to KRW 600,000.
