The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, “2016 Highest 166,” as the master master craftsman of “B,” which is an illegal multi-level company, conspired to obtain investments from many unspecified persons under the pretext of paying high-profit profits exceeding the principal, while operating a non-registered multi-level company with H, who is a real operator of the said company, as well as adviser D, E, F, G, and H, who is a representative director in the name of the said company, and operating a non-registered multi-level company.

1. Violation C, D, E, F, G, and H violated the Door-to-Door Sales Act without registering a multi-level sales business, from November 20, 2013 to June 1, 2015, set up 86 total sales and 401 agencies across the country with the headquarters of “B” on the first and third floors of Sincheon-si from around November 2013 to June 1, 2015, and the Defendant established the headquarters of the said company on the first floor.

The persons concerned with the above companies including the Defendant explained for membership recruitment through the head office, the general sales board, and the agencies affiliated with the general sales board, and recruited multi-stage salesmen to pay the members the amount of KRW 1,2760,000 exceeding the principal amount in 12 months, KRW 1,450,000 exceeding the principal amount in 12 months, KRW 1,0450,000 exceeding the principal amount in 12 months, and KRW 26,000,000 in 26,000 in 26,000 in 12 months, when paying the principal amount in 3,40,000 won in 3,000 won in 12 months.

Persons related to the above companies, including the Defendant, shall, as such, pay KRW 30,000 per month to unspecified persons as basic salary when they recruit multi-level salespersons, and KRW 500,000 per month to be registered as sales clerks (FC) belonging to the general sales or agencies, and ② If the sales have been achieved for three months by the sales at least KRW 25,000 per month, 50,000 per month as the head of the team and pay KRW 30,00 per month as basic salary. ③ If the head of the team has achieved sales at least KRW 40,00 per month for three months, 70,000 per month as basic salary.
