On May 14, 2018, at around 02:55, the Defendant invadedd the victim C (n, 55 years of age) in front of the D cafeteria operated by Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, in front of the D cafeteria, and did not commit an attempted theft of the victim’s property by impairing the victim’s structure at night over 15 times in total, as shown in the annexed crime list, and by impairing the victim’s structure at night over 15 times from that time to June 3, 2018, the Defendant did not commit an attempted theft of the victim’s property by impairing the victim’s structure at night over 10 times in total, on the ground that there was no money and valuables to steal the victim’s property owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to night building intrusion, theft, habitual larceny, etc., and as seen above, the Defendant invadedd the structure of the victims at night during the period of repeated crime, thereby thefting property owned by the victims, and attempted to steals property owned by the victims.

On May 23, 2018, at around 22:20, the Defendant: (a) came to a G restaurant operated by the victim F of the victim’s 1st floor of the building, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, the Defendant: (b) opened a main window behind the restaurant for the purpose of cutting off the crepits that the victim left; and (c) went into the restaurant for the purpose of cutting off the crepits that the victim left; and (d) stolen it by means of taking the Defendant’s cash amounting to KRW 10
