1. The Defendant’s KRW 63,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 12% per annum from November 1, 2016 to May 15, 2019.
Reasons
1. The grounds for the claim are as shown in the attached Form;
(C) According to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019. Thus, the part of the claim for delay damages seeking payment exceeding 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 is rejected.
