A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
Around July 2006, the Defendant married with the Victim C (V, 59 years of age) and was divorced from around 2012, and was married by agreement around September 11, 2014.
Although the Defendant d(n, 30 years old, 27 years old), and E(n, 27 years old) did not work properly at the time of living together with the victim C and his/her her her her son, and her son d(n, 30 years old, 27 years old) and her property was put into violence and verbal abuse to the victims from time to time, the victims were living together with the victim C, and the victim C was living together with the victim C, and the victim C demanded shares in the said corporation under the condition of divorce while living together with the victim C's her knife and knife.
1. Around July 20, 2014, the Defendant would like to pay the victim C and D money to receive compensation for human life on the ground that the victim C would go to the office without paying the Defendant’s living expenses at the (ju) H office operated by the victim C, a private ambulances operated by the victim C in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul, in order to leave the office. Around July 20, 2014, the Defendant would absolutely remove the company by inserting a civil petition. As such, the Defendant would not put the civil petition. Around one month at the cost of living, the Defendant would put the victim C and D into a brupt by stating that the victim C would be at the time of leaving the office.
The defendant, without giving the above money, prepared a letter of confirmation that "the defendant will pay 16 million won in cash in the name of the state-based corporation, i.e., I Bluta car under the name of the state-based corporation, ii) land purchased with the funds for operation of H under the condition of divorce between A and C, and 70 million won in cash on August 20, 2014, by the method of showing the same attitude as that of harm and injury to the victims."
