Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 High 919" is the chairperson of the D Market Management Group and the victim E is the liquidator of the F Corporation.
On February 1, 2018, at around 10:50, the Defendant came to use the door 3 floor of D market located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D market for the purpose of infringing the right to manage the commercial electricity of the market management unit without permission, and caused the victim-owned locks attached to the entire part of the victim's management unit to cut off and open the locks installed therein to a repair hole, and made the victim-owned locks installed therein impossible to operate the video-recording and fire-fighting system sound alarm devices, etc. in the above market, which are managed by the damaged person by blocking electricity entering the management office used by the victim.
As a result, the Defendant destroyed and damaged the locks owned by the victim amounting to approximately KRW 5,00, and obstructed the management of the above commercial buildings by force.
