The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. At around 03:20 on July 17, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s bridge with knenee and knenee two times in front of the C cafeteria located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, on the face of the victim D (ma, 23 years old) who walked on the road due to unknown reasons.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260 (3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;
B. On August 24, 2020, after the institution of the instant prosecution, a written agreement stating the purport that the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant was submitted to this court.
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
