Purport of claim and appeal
1.
1. The reasoning of the judgment of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the following cases, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
2. Parts in height:
A. Three (3) of the judgment of the court of first instance, the three (4) through four (4) of the three (3) of the judgment of the court of first instance, are as follows.

(hereinafter “G”) entered into a basic contract for the lease of transit bus (hereinafter “instant contract”) with Defendant Company D (hereinafter “D”) to commute to and from work for its officers, employees, and cooperation employees, including the following contents: (a) Defendant Company leased the instant sea vehicle from Defendant Company with Defendant A, a driver affiliated with it.
G Representative H (hereinafter referred to as the "A") and the representative director I (hereinafter referred to as the "B") of the defendant company shall enter into a contract for the lease of a shuttle factory (hereinafter referred to as the "fire factory") through D with respect to the lease of a shuttle factory as follows:
