On April 3, 2015, at around 23:28, the Defendant driven C in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.053% from the 1km section of approximately 1km to the two-way road in the same tent, which is located in the Sungwon-si Sungdong, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si.
