However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant, while running a DM car, kept the number plate of the MM car on the ground of local tax delinquency, was in custody, and the defendant was willing to use another vehicle's number plate on the same vehicle.

1. The Defendant, around August 2017, embezzled of possession: (a) in the vicinity of the Buddhist parking lot located in the Ma of Jeong-gun, Gangwon-do; (b) it is reasonable for the Defendant to be the lawful possessor, who is not the owner, to be the crime of embezzlement of the victim’s possession.

The F, without taking necessary procedures such as acquiring a vehicle registration number plate (B) and a vehicle registration number plate (C) lost by the victim G, return the acquired property to the victims, etc., and embezzled the property, as mentioned above, left from the possession of the victims.

The Defendant violated the Act on the Illegal Use of Air and the Automobile Management Act: (a) obtained B and C vehicle registration number plates in the same date and time as paragraph (1) at a place as set forth in paragraph (1); and (b) unlawfully used official marks and registration number plates by attaching them with a number plate before and after the said M& car operated by the Defendant.

From August 2017 to October 2, 2017, the Defendant exercised the air defense that was illegally used by operating the said e-car with an illegal number plate attached in the same circumstance as that of paragraph 2 in Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do’s Japanese class, from August 2, 2017 to October 2, 2017.

4. On October 2, 2017, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Insurance Act: (a) around 19:15, the Defendant operated a DNA car that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do.
