Reasons

1. The reasoning for the court's explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for the rejection of each of the evidence Nos. 11 and 18 (including serial numbers) which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion as evidence submitted in the court of first instance, and therefore, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. The decision of the first instance court is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
