1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties is a company that engages in the manufacture and sale of liquid milk and other dairy products. The Plaintiffs concluded a commodity supply transaction agreement with the Defendant and run each agency during each operation period indicated in the table "agency" as below. A regional agent operator who supplied milk-processed products from the Defendant and supplied wholesale and consignment for convenience stores, Schlages, large-scale retail stores, etc. in charge.

B. From October 2007 to May 2013, the Fair Trade Commission organized the National Agency Organization: (a) the Defendant forced an agency to purchase 26 items, including sub-lease (hereinafter “instant purchase compulsory”); (b) from 2008 to 5 July 2013, the Defendant investigated the Defendant on the ground that he forced the agency to purchase 50% wages of display promotion fund members dispatched to a large distributor from 2008 to 2013 to 5, without prior agreement (hereinafter “instant wage transfer”).
Some of the defendant's agents began to take legal action such as demanding the defendant to pay compensation or filing a lawsuit against the defendant for damages by organizing a council of damage agency agencies.
As unfair trade practices, such as the Defendant’s compulsory purchase of the instant case and the transfer price of the instant wage, have been reported to the media, sales of the Defendant and its agents have significantly decreased.
Accordingly, the National Agency Council was established composed of agents who did not join the Council for Damage Agency or did not respond to the defendant.
The plaintiffs are all members of the National Agency Council.
