1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 80,466,143 and KRW 69,803,716 from January 30, 2019 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, “The balance of interest, etc.: the gold source” in Article 1.2(b) of the Attached Form No. 1.1(b) is deemed to be a clerical error in the amount of KRW 10,662,427, which is deemed to be “the balance of interest, etc.: the gold source”, and thus, the correction is made).
