Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Crime Assault, etc.) stated that the Defendant: (a) between Sept. 15, 2014 and Sept. 19:25, 2014, the Defendant: (b) up to 19:25, within the city bus No. 4160 of the Victim C (Age 43) driving a road near the Suwon subway Station located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (c) on the ground that the victim, who was unsatisfed of the bus card terminal at the time of boarding the bus card terminal, was unsatisfed and unsated, again unsatisfed of the bus card terminal at the time of leaving the bus card terminal at the seat of the driver station, the Defendant expressed that the victim would be able to handle the throbbbbbbb, etc. on several occasions; and (d) made the victim use of the bus at the center or side of the bus with the driver’s seat.

The Defendant, at the same time, at the same place as Paragraph 1, and at the same time and place as that of the Defendant, the bus stops due to the Defendant’s failure as above, and a large number of customers in the bus started to conduct physical fighting with several customers who had committed the Defendant’s act under repair, such as leaving the bus, and the said customers forced the bus by force, so that the bus may not be placed on the rear wheels of the bus, and again, the Defendant would be able to take off on the bus again, while holding a serious body fighting with the said customers, and then, the victim was able to take the face of the customer at approximately two weeks, depending on the victim’s face at one time.
