On December 6, 2019, the person whose name was infinited to the victim B and misrepresented the employees of the financial institution at an infinite location, and thereby finding out a new loan from another enterprise is required to report to the Financial Supervisory Service as a breach of a contract. For preventing a report, it is necessary to repay the existing loan even if it is out of the existing loan, and deliver the money to the employees of the company.” The victim is required to prepare cash, and the Defendant, upon the direction of the person infinite, moved the victim directly to the first floor of the Ma-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul building on December 13, 2019 and delivered cash KRW 1,120,000 from the victim as if he/she was an employee of the financial institution. Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with a person who is not a person with a name but with a name, by deceiving the victim, thereby deceiving 21.2 million won.

2. On December 13, 2019, in order to obtain a low interest rate loan by telephone call from the victim D at an unspecified place and by misrepresenting the victim D with a financial institution, the person who attempted to commit fraud shall repay the existing loan. The withdrawal of such money and delivery of it to the employees of the company is false, and the victim shall be required to prepare cash, and the defendant shall make the victim prepare it in compliance with the direction of the victim in his/her name, from 18:00 on December 16, 2019.
